So grateful…..what do you feel grateful for, in this very moment? 😊 As my holidays are coming to an end, I look back on what feels like an abundance of family memories. 🙏 Moments spent indoors playing, reading, talking, laughing and arguing. And yes…. also clearing out cupboards, wardrobes, the garage and the storage room. 😁 We have been able to donate so many nice pieces of clothing and other bits and bobs. 🧸 Donating makes me feel really happy. Moments spent outdoors walking, cycling, swimming, kayaking and playing at the beach. I have loved every minute of this time spent together. 🥰
I am also feeling a bit worried about transitioning back to school. There is a lot going on! I mean a LOT! 😅 This is where mindfulness and yoga help me get out of my head and connect with the present moment.
