I have always felt a strong connection with children and when I combine this by sharing Yoga and Mindfulness with kids, something special happens. โจ๏ธ
I see how the practice benefits kids in the short term, and also in the long run. Kids Yoga gives children a foundation to rely on, a sense of self and belonging and a sense of community which many of us have temporarily lost because of Covid.
Children often become physically stronger and can develop a healthy relationship with their body. There are many more benefits such as learning to use the breath as a tool to regulate emotions; what a game changer! ๐
I feel so much gratitude for this growing community of children, families, schools and now also adults who attend my Kids Yoga workshops.
