My son made up his own type of yoga the other day. He calls it Skateboard Yoga. Well, maybe one day?! 😂
I love it when yoga brings out the children’s creativity and imagination. 😊 One of my yoga students decided to make up her own poses and put them into a sequence as well. She then taught her class to me and the other kids.
Kids are amazing! ❤
