After School Kids Yoga

The saying ‘It takes a village to raise a child’ might be more accurate than ever. Younger Yoga aims to be part of your village to help nurture your child, so it can grow up to be confident, resilient, and compassionate.

Anne has developed Kids Yoga classes to help improve your child’s wellbeing and overall mental health.

In class, children are invited to engage in:

  • Breathing practices to calm and to energize
  • Physical yoga poses
  • Mindfulness activities
  • Yoga games
  • Relaxation techniques

Anne is a qualified Kids Yoga teacher and experienced primary school teacher. She creates a safe, nurturing space where children can connect with their bodies, minds, and the other children in class.

Anne welcomes young people exactly how they are, away from any pressures, devices, and outside distractions. She encourages children to share their ideas, experiences, and thoughts.
