As an experienced primary school teacher of 13+ years, I notice stress and anxiety in children on a daily basis. A growing body of research suggests that Yoga and Mindfulness can help children reduce feelings of stress and anxiety. Over the years, I have had many requests from parents and professionals to share my tools and techniques, so they feel confident to teach yoga to the children in their communities. This has prompted me to create a research-based workshop full of practical tips and techniques.

Our in-person workshops and trainings are are high-quality, inclusive and up-to-date. Our Kids Yoga Trainings are delivered at different locations in Adelaide.
